Ultralase buys Allclear Clinic in N Ireland
The acquisition is Ultralase’s first since it was purchased by 3i in Feb 2008 for £174.5m and the Allclear clinic will now be Ultralase’s 20th UK treatment clinic. The purchase is part of an expansion plan that includes a decision to open three more UK consulting rooms and two further laser eye treatment clinics.

Why don’t patients care about which eye laser they are treated with?!
Laser eye surgery patients just don’t seem to care!! Why?! Ultralase sold for £174 million to 3i
British private equity firm 3i has agreed to buy Ultralase from Spain’s cosmetic surgery group Dermoestetica.
