Ultralase buys Allclear Clinic in N Ireland
Belfast’s Allclear Clinic, the first laser eye treatment centre to open in N. Ireland has been bought by Ultralase.
The acquisition is Ultralase’s first since it was purchased by 3i in Feb 2008 for £174.5m and the Allclear clinic will now be Ultralase’s 20th UK treatment clinic. The purchase is part of an expansion plan that includes a decision to open three more UK consulting rooms and two further laser eye treatment clinics.
