For resting after LASIK, if you had the treatment on, for example, a Tuesday then you would come back for a check up on Wednesday morning. You could go back to work the next day on the Thursday without problem. You could even go back to work on the Wednesday afternoon, but probably best to have a rest that day. The cost for your prescription as given for wavefront blade free (femtosecond) LASIK would be a total of £3,090 for both eyes.
